1. All value are included 21 % tax and services, overhead of the villa operation, guest services, and maintenance of the villa.
2. Free transport is valid for airport pick up and drop only.

Additional Information

* Reservation of the villa should be channeled to phone or by fax at least 2 days prior to the arrival of the clients.
* Deposit must be paid 50 % from total payment at lease 1 week before arrival and the other 50 % will be settled upon check – in.
* Using chef per day will be charged directly to the guest at USD $ 12 nett
* Other services which is not mentioned on the point above will be charged to the clients directly.
