* How to make a reservation ?

Please fill in the reservation form that available on each service provided.
Try to describe us your special request on the "description" box available on the form.
Do recheck your email address carefully before submitting your request

* How long does it take to get the reply?

Upon receiving your reconfirmation of the booking, we will send you a confirmation slip by email. The confirmation slip bears the room/service confirmed. If you have further questions, please contact us at + 62 361 702 945, or send email to info@allbalipackage.com.

* How to pay the hotel reservation ?

We will need your credit card details after the reservation is confirmed
Your credit card will be used as a guarantee and will be charged if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy.
The payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali except for reservation beyond Bali.
We do accept cash / travellers cheque / Visa / Master Card. Payment with credit card will be applied 3 % from total amount for bank fee

* How do I cancel the reservation?

Please email us the previous correspondence and change the subject with "Cancellation name". Cancellation deadline or due date will be stated in
each booking confirmation.
What does it include on the special internet rates ?
The internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges.
Breakfast is included in some hotels (please read carefully).
Arrival transfer or departure transfer will be provided for room reservation 05 nights and over.
