Booking

RATES
* Packages Rates
All packages rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per person or per couple and subject to change without prior notice.
* Hotel Rates
All hotels rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per room per night and subject to change without prior notice.
* Villas Rates
All Villas Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.
Other Rates
Other services rates will be mentioned on specific rates.
Seasons
Seasoning classified in three categories; Low Season, High Season, and Peak Season. It is various from one to another hotels and villas about the season dates, but below is the outline:
•Low Season
January 9th to 30th June inclusive
(excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week),
September 16th to December 19th inclusive.
•High Season
Chinese New Year inclusive ,
Easter Week inclusive,
July 1st to 31st inclusive,
and September 1st to September 15th inclusive
•Peak Season
August 1st to 31st August inclusive,
December 20th to 8th January inclusive
Note: details of high and peak season period will be mentioned at every hotels and villas page.
Tax and Service
All Villas rental rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge and some applied 21% government tax and service charge.
Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.
For hotel rental rates are included 21% government tax and service charge, unless mentioned on the rates.
Minimum of Staying
Each villa has a different minimum of staying policy based on the season. The outline is low season = 2-3 nights, high = 5-7 nights and peak = 10 nights.
Note : Hotel little bit flexible on minimum of staying, unless mentioned in the page.
Maximum Occupancy
All hotels and Villas accommodate a maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions, and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to prior to receipt of full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, which may not be exceeded, unless has been authorized by Bali Mohan.
Legality Registration
In accordance with the Laws of Indonesia all villas guests must be registered with the authorities (Police Department) within 24 hours of arrival at their destination.
A photocopy of each guest’s passport will be requested by one of Villa’s or hotel's staff upon of shortly after arrival at their villa or hotel.
A registration form must be promptly filled out and signed by each guest, the cost of which shall be for the account of the lesser.
Payment System
* Villa Payment System
As agent, allbalipackage follows Terms of Payment issued by each villa. Such terms is to secure occupancy of the villa.
A 50% - non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation and must be received within five (5) consecutive days after a confirmation has been given/stated. And final payment to be settled 48 days in low season and 63 days in high/peak season, prior to arrive in Bali. Booking made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required.
* Hotel Payment System
A 50% deposit is required by the hotel within 33 days in low season and 65 days in high/peak season and final payment to be settled 15 days in low season and 35 days in high/peak season, unless otherwise stated on specific hotel term.
Changes Of Reservation
US$ 50.00 administration charge will be levied to any change/s for a villa reservation which has been confirmed, and for which a deposit has already been paid.
Flight Information
Guests’ names should be submitted to the reservations office prior to final payment along with flight information for both arrivals and departures with respect to airport transfers.
Airport Transfers
We provides a complimentary return airport – Villa – airport transfers for all villas located in Seminyak, Kerobokan, Jimbaran, Canggu, umalas, uluwatu, Tanah Lot, and Ubud.
For hotel booking:
A Free return transfer airport - hotel - airport is available for 7 nights minimum stay base on hotel area: Sanur, Tuban & Kuta, Legian and Seminyak, Nusa dua and Jimbaran.
Term of Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-booked the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.
Travel Insurance
With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.
